There is no way in hell I'd ever be stupid enough to invest in Phoenix - it and all of its suburbs are a giant dump and the only thing it has going for it is golf, which I don't care for. If the drought continues on the way it has, that will disappear and it will be as livable as the Gobi Desert in a decade or two. The US southwest is a fool's paradise and anyone who chooses to live there deserves whatever happens when the A/C and water run out." Oh gee silly me! I bought 400 000 in property in 2011 which is now worth a million ! The CAN buck was 1.04 when I bought it all. I now collect 3800 USD in rent every month lol plus my own vacation home which I use. Oh my what a terrible investment. LOL According to the left wing BS that the SW will run out of water! They said the same thing about southern Alberta in 2002...we now have so much water we can't figure out what to do with it!

I'm not sure this makes the post any more relevant to the topic.

The Alberta Alliance party renamed themselves to "Wildrose Alliance" party in 2008. The Alberta Alliance formed in 2002.

Seems as though I am not allowed to post in the forums. I was responding to Boots and his stupid assed post about investing in AZ. Him and Fyfe boy are of the same cloth. Stupid assed socialists.

My ass maybe stupid, but I only need it for one bodily function, and stupid or not it still works fine

I find it ironic that Forsyth, a floor crosser, is replacing another floor crosser.

Oh well, Alberta makes sense again.

In what warped universe is the government a right wing one and the opposition even more right wing?

    #OnlyinAlberta

Nah. #AlsoinAmerica. But then that sort of fits with Alta being the province most like Texas.
