Give them time, the military won't let them crush opposition parties so they just need some time to organize, the Muslims were already set up with a strong organization structure, a few years and that advantage will be gone.

Here's the resurrection of an old idea. The Israelis take back the Sinai and give it to the West Bank Jordanians in exchange for reclaiming all of Judea and Samaria.
