A thin band of antimatter particles called antiprotons enveloping the Earth has been spotted for the first time.

    I'm sure right now there's people in Congress and Parliament dreaming of ways to tax it.

    I'm sure right now there's people in Congress and Parliament dreaming of ways to tax it.
    It may take Physicists and Engineers decades for figure out how to use matter/anti-matter energy, but will it will take Congress very little time to figure how to tax it.
