Indeed it is. Imagine if we could combine matter and anti-matter in a power generator such as in star trek we would be able to generate incredible power.

It may take Physicists and Engineers decades for figure out how to use matter/anti-matter energy, but will it will take Congress very little time to figure how to tax it.
