"Brenda" said So, let me get this straight. A man (lawyer) has a client, whom he sends naked pictures of his wife, now judge. There are meetings where all 3 attend.
3 consenting adults, what is the problem?

WINNIPEG A Manitoba lawyer said he was sorry for pressuring a client eight years ago to have sex with the lawyer's wife, now a judge, as he pleaded guilty Monday to professional misconduct.
He's suing to get the 25k back. He didn't practice because he was getting treatment. And the law society took that into account and so didn't suspend him but only reprimanded him. You think that's too much?

Of course he is suing to get it back when the deal is broken. Duhh.
No, I think it is ok that he is reprimanded, since it went to the Society. They can not let this go. But it shouldn't have gone there, OR the deal shouldn't have been made. It is either, or, not and, and. The guy went along with going out on "dates". I think he is being hypocrite.
They both are. I don't know how much the woman was involved, other than that he sent pics of her without her knowing, and as his wife, so I will assume she wasn't knowingly involved. But both men were.

She did go to the meeting, so she was involved at some level. Supposedly just to make her husband happy. But, since she had no relationship with the 'victim' she didn't do anything wrong, tho she's still being investigated herself.
