I agree that a jail sentence isn't warranted. But give her more community service, and make her identify herself as a scammer to the cancer patients she works with.

she is soooo lucky that there is no such thing as pregnancy tests or ultrasounds or something along those lines.
that being said, lying about a pregnancy would be totally over the line and i can't imagine her character being that depraved.

lol. can you imagine the notes excusing her kid from skipped classes?
ie: "dear mrs. smith, cancer faker jr. missed her test yesterday because she suddenly fell ill with advanced stage COPD and ALS and also has some sort of virus that has been lingering for a week or so. All this added to her colitis symptoms, which set off her gout real bad and i felt that she should stay home for the day.
