New draft on Scottish tradition warms kilt wearers

A true Scotsman is said to never wear anything under his kilt. But now Scots are being warned that the sartorial tradition could be both indecent and unhygienic.

OMG, renting a kilt and not wering underware should be a crime, I can understand if it was your very own, but rental.... EWWWWWWW.

Um, hate to point this out to the guy but it appears his dad might have been on the down low.

Renting a kilt? How much do they cost to buy (I imagine if you're willing to rent one you're willing to buy one)?

With all the "sheep love" banter I've read on CKA, NO WAY am I getting close to a rented kilt, with or without underwear.

Women don't have the tradition of going commando. Unless your name is Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan, but who would ask them anything anyway?
