Am I understanding this correctly? Any one being questioned, just has to say "nothing!" On the other hand, I see alot of people being "convicted of crimes" they didn't committe (because of their lack of Legal knowledge).

there are literally hundreds of cases,in Canada and the US of people who have been falsely accused and convicted .

perhaps you should do a little research so you have the ability to understand how important this is.

Instead of just getting your panties in a knot and calling people cop haters.

But perhaps maybe that's all you know how to do.

I wonder if you're premature in all aspects of your life not just on this forum.

I never said people have not been wrongly accused or convicted, only asked for an example of where someone was wrongfully convicted due to their ignorance of the legal system.

Now I am sure there may be one or two innocent people who have elected to defend themselves, but that is because of their own stupidity.

Also I am not the one making the claim, only asking for evidence, so I really the burden of proof is not with me.

Troll on quickie dick troll on
