It's not exactly something I go out of my way to look for though. I had it once, thouroughly enjoyed it but am nervous about mercury content these days so I wouldn't bother having it again. Too bad, it really is quite tasty.

I've been told there is no flavour, or nutrition derived from the fins. That part is just for status. The flavour comes from whatever broth/spices they use.

Yeah, I'm sure the flavour was from seasonings cuz it actually tasted like Cream of Chicken soup that knew somebody important
