Most people from Toronto won't even notice the cancellation.
You know this for a fact? I have seen many Toronto Canada Day celebrations and there is always a huge ammount of people there and tons of fireworks.
Perhaps some city entreprenuers or private citizens can organize something.
More likely to get gang bangers and a shoot out.
