This a joke? They are accusing others have plotting nuclear war yet they are the ones test firing nuclear weapons.
To be correct, N Korea is test firing missiles of carrying a nuclear warhead. While at the same time are stepping up their nuclear weapons program, on May 25, 2009, they conducted another nuclear test. They are also restarting their production of nuclear weapons, planning to enrich uranium for use in nuclear weapons.
How ridiculous.
