Is this supposed to be news? I'm sure the pentagon has been plotting to do everything imaginable to the hermit kingdom from urinating across their border to nuclear war and anything in between.

The American concern is NOT to start a nulear war but to prevent one and to defend S Korea from Kim Jong Ils mental instability.

To be correct, N Korea is test firing missiles capable of carrying a nuclear warhead. While at the same time are stepping up their nuclear weapons program, on May 25, 2009, they conducted another nuclear test. They are also restarting their production of nuclear weapons, planning to enrich uranium for use in nuclear weapons.
