    Individuals will still be free to not sing. You can't force someone to sing an anthem.

    Starting at a young age to get the kids to be more involved in their country's culture and songs is good because those teen years are just up ahead and we all know what that was like.

    Basically it comes down to playing the song to actually singing it. Singing it should be ones choice and the beauty of the mouth is that you can actually convey a message with nothing coming out of it. :)
