I remember about 10 years ago a vice-principal at a local high school said that 81% of the discipline problems at his school were caused primarily by the 5% of students who were black. As expected, the usual suspects screamed and demanded that the racist vp be fired for daring to say anything so offensive.

The whole thing went away when the idiots discovered the vp was black.

Yet the susbstance of the fact remained.

If Jamaicans are causing a disproportionate anmount of crime then it's only logical to restrict immigration from Jamaica or to subject Jamaican immigrants to more thorough screenings before they are allowed to immigrate. That's not racist, it's .
