It isn't racism if the comment is grounded in fact.

I remember about 10 years ago a vice-principal at a local high school said that 81% of the discipline problems at his school were caused primarily by the 5% of students who were black. As expected, the usual suspects screamed RACISM!! and demanded that the racist vp be fired for daring to say anything so offensive.

The whole thing went away when the idiots discovered the vp was black.

Yet the susbstance of the fact remained.

If Jamaicans are causing a disproportionate anmount of crime then it's only logical to restrict immigration from Jamaica or to subject Jamaican immigrants to more thorough screenings before they are allowed to immigrate. That's not racist, it's pragmatic.

In your example it was 5% that happened to be black, not coming out and saying you need to get rid off all the blacks because they are a problem.

But Hwacker is calling for a deportation of all Jamacians due to a unknown percentage being a problem. (I am assuming he pulled the 70% out of his ass)

I personally I agree with the tail end of your statment and think that if a immigrant does commit anything worse then a misdemeanour they should be deported.
