Vancouver residents are the most perturbed by party-hearty neighbours and people loitering in the streets, while residents of Calgary and Quebec City are the least peeved by such displays of "social incivility," according to a newly released Statistics

    work hard and play hard is how Calgarians think..I don't know what Quebec's reason would be...drunken laziness perhaps :P

    Residents of Regina showed the most concern among the survey's respondents for vandalism, graffiti and litter, collectively called "physical" incivility. Twenty-three per cent of dwellers in the Saskatchewan capital noted a problem
    Yup, Regina's got troubles. So do a lot of areas in Saskatoon.

    All in all, about 75% of Canadians aren't concerned.
    No surprise.
    Big surprise ..[for me]...is in the urban hellhole that Toronto
    has become..only 51% think there's a problem.
    This means that being 'uncivil' to someone in T.O. is the
    acceptable thing to do, pretty well half the time.
