$1:
Residents of Regina showed the most concern among the survey's respondents for vandalism, graffiti and litter, collectively called "physical" incivility. Twenty-three per cent of dwellers in the Saskatchewan capital noted a problem
Yup, Regina's got troubles. So do a lot of areas in Saskatoon.

All in all, about 75% of Canadians aren't concerned.
No surprise.
Big surprise ..[for me]...is in the urban hellhole that Toronto
has become..only 51% think there's a problem.
This means that being 'uncivil' to someone in T.O. is the
acceptable thing to do, pretty well half the time.
