I've got a couple military people in my Facebook friends, and my account's already been hacked once. Luckily they weren't looking to do anything more sinister than change around some of my profile shit.
Starting in WW1, all outgoing mail from a combat theatre was censored. Many folks here at hame received letters which had been censored, portions removed with a razor blade. I recall one neighbour, recounting how her husband, overseas, was reprimanded for writing detailed accounts of D-Day preparations. It is difficult to rationalize such stupidity....she couldn't....
