Just remember, it took 25 years for Farage to get his UK referendum,
and 12 years for the PQ.

It is a marathon, not a sprint.

    ROTFL

Yes, because a couple hundred people in a broken down Elks Lodge will change the face of Canada!

It is not so much so question of whether Alberta and Saskatchewan should separate from Canada, but a question of whether Canada itself needs to exist at all. The answer is ultimately "no" as the country and its people are largely superfluous. You could wipe Vancouver and Toronto off the map and nothing of value would be lost. Neither city has a discernible identity and is mostly a pale shadow of a larger and more important city.

I mean, why stay in Toronto when it is only good for a connecting flight to New York?

Actually our national symbol will be a Ford F550 with a Skidoo in the bed with the Truck-Balls. Our Motto shall be "Frigidus in tenebris nihil potentiae sit orientalem". Our Dollar Bills shall feature prominent Albertans.

Our official mascot could be named 'Ryan", short for 'Rye and Ginger'. Or Rye and Coke, if you swing that way.

National anthem will be the Rodeo song of course.
