Proud To Be A Canadian

I read the comments on the right side by a person in Barrie.Iraq is a different war as far as I am concerned and glad that we did stand against something that WE as a nation did not believe in.In recent times, a few Uneducated on the Fox Network said hurtfull things, it is water under the bridge.I was enraged also,but I am So Very PROUD of Our Canadian Military and my Brothers & Sisters of My HOME & NATIVE LAND...CANADA.
Don't let the idoit,what ever his name is,get you down.Canada is Canada and I like it that way....So Take Off EH! You Hosers!Canada is the "BEST Country in the World" and YOU certainly don't need reminding of that.

Are you talking too me Eisensapper.I live over here in the U.K and have done so since 2002.I don't get very much news about Canada from over here.Britain thinks the world revolves around the americans and that Canada is america.This TV thing is old is news too you, but new too me.My passion for my Home is mine and if some jock is going too take the mick on her or me,I'll say something until I have had my fill.If your comments were not directed at me in some form then I will say I'm sorry to you.If you are,then with out getting too formal,I will tell you and with respect to a Canadian Soldier, to back off!

Ahuh, so your saying that hearing this week old news pisses you off. You see I have been hearing this non story shouted from the roof tops for over a week. If you cared so much for Canadian news, then all you had to do was check CTV, CBC, Globe and Mail or the National Post at least once this week.

Really the fact that you heard it just recently makes no difference, its not a news worthy story. If you one of those people who is so insecure about their national image that your pride is wounded by a few 3 am faux news jesters please go about crying and bitching like a toddler. The rest of us will go on with our lives.

This is turning out to be just like that stupid story about kids not singing the national anthem everyday in some hicktown elementery school. Just let the story die.

Who said it offends me, its just annoying, I come from a place where if someone annoys ya you let them know. However if people want to get in a circle jerk with their own crocodile tears have at it.

Your comments have been taken and noted.I am very passionate about my Canada and a few words of some idiot will certainly not bring me too thier level.You see more around you than I,being away from home.As for knowing what is going on back home,I said I don't get very much news over here in Britian,I never said I don't get other news in any other form.With respect and I do watch ctv.ca for my news back home.If my time is taken up by other stuff over here,it certainly does not mean I am not always up to date. This story is just one for me that got away.There was No Mention of such an an event in the news over here and that is just typical British crap.Like I'll say again,they view Canada as if it were a state of america and there is nothing worth reporting unless it is some disease like S.A.R.S or the seal hunt or polar bear endangerment from the Arctic Warming.
Again,really the only person who is whining about this other event is you.So stop pushing it and relax and show us the secure Cool-headed Canadian Soldier you say you are.."Sir".
