RCMP were alerted to the attack when they were called to the Tim Hortons at about 6:30 p.m. MT on Monday. The owner's dog was meeting a friend for coffee at the Tim Hortons on Elko Drive when he took the husky to the parking lot

A crazy reaction that is driven by adrenaline. He probably saved the dogs life. Man's best friend can also call Man their best friend in most cases.

Kudos for being successful, though clearly not recommended. Takes some serious love for your dog and a hell of a lot of courage/insanity to do that.

Most dogs don't even like coffee. Good boy.

I always went to bars to find them. Didn't know they hung out at Timmies now.

I've never punched one before... I've kissed a few, though. :D

Hint. That's not a cougar, Raydan.

I wanted to Rep you for beating me to the punch, but CKA tells me that I have to spread it around like a cougar. 8O

I don't know about Ray, but at my age a cougar would be using a walker

If you'd bother to look at my profile, you would have seen that I'm 4 years younger than you. So a cougar for me is 4 years from using a walker.

What's the big deal? "Man punches cougar at Tim Hortons" is a regular story in the local Hamilton, Scarborough or Oshawa papers. Although sometimes the headline reads "Cougar punches man" and back in the 70s sometimes it was Tim Horton punching a man while a cougar was punching Tim.

I think you, me and Ray can all agree that by the normal definition of 'Cougar', the three of us would be considered cradle robbing. ;)
