A spike in thefts in BC is being partly blamed on Albertans. Vancouver Police think the struggling economy in Alberta has left some going outside of the law, and the province, to make a quick buck.

Blame the NDP government of Alberta. One of their economic stimuli ideas was telling Albertans to move to BC until things picked up here again.
