Canadian pole vaulter Shawn Barber competed at the 2016 Rio Summer Games in spite of testing positive in July for cocaine. Barber inadvertently ingested the banned substance by kissing a woman he met through posting an ad in the “casual encounter” section

    I'll put it down that Canada has to be an especially gullible country for an excuse like this, that's so dripping in total bullshit, to work on anyone who's supposed to be responsible enough to sit on an authoritative committee. Sigh. Might be better someday when the zero-tolerance no-mercy Muslims take over just to see a rapid decline in the number of morons getting away with this kind of crap. :|

    It wouldn't change that much. Thosee. , in charge would still be violating the laws that are meant to control the plebes. In Muslim nations there are plenty who engage in vices that are banned by their Quran. Mohammed was big on that too....especially when it came to women....some of whom were already married to his followers, or who were prepubescent.

    Many Christian clergy engaged in plenty of immoral behavior too....and still do. They think hey are excluded from 'sins' and the penalties for the proscribed behaviors.
