Coast guard fleet deteriorated under Tories and Liberals, report says

An independent report prepared for the Liberal government says the coast guard fleet is so old that it has almost fully depreciated. The scathing assessment is the latest warning about the state of the service.

our services are an embarrassment, and I do not refer the the men and women in uniform, I think given the equipment they have, are second to none. We as a nation really need to decide if we are just all bark, because right now, we can't even nibble never mind bite!

If it makes you feel any better the military that Canada perenially on having is pretty awesome!
