This is why these G-meetings should always be held in dictatorships. What I know for sure is that this country got much, much richer after NAFTA and I was in the work force for a good decade and a half before the NAFTA agreement.

Some got richer. A lot more didn't. And access to tariff-free materialistic junk wasn't worth selling each other out for.
