There is good reason to be gloomy about a new study contrasting Ontario’s prolonged stagnation to recent signs of revival across the border in Michigan state.

No worries. Wynne will be re-elected, the OPP will get their usual contract renewing record wage increases and the province will continue to use the Canadian backed dollar to rack up record debt.

There is only one recourse, the feds to speak to Quebec and Ontario and threaten transfer payment cuts, but this isn't going to happen. The end game is simple. Canada and Ontario will slide steeply while our International competition continues to eat our lunch.

I've got one. Protecting America and our allies from the Canadian security apparatus.
