    There are also some really cool technologies in F1 that should make their way to consumer cars soon.

    There is a pre-detonation chamber that injects a tiny bit of gasoline just before the main injection, and sets light to it at exactly the right time. Apparently, it results in a big horsepower gain and increased fuel burn. But it ain't cheap to build. ;)

    Nissan just released the Titan with a Cummins so it's interesting they're pursuing this technology.

    Nissan wouldn't have a whole lot of development costs tied up in a Cummins Engine. :D

    Sounds like this targets small diesel. cars/suv etc.
