Police are investigating the incident involving two men in a blue Renault Clio which happened at around 8.15am next to the garrison in Aldershot, Hampshire (file photo).

Aldershot is where most the WW2 Canadian Army and some of the WW1 Canadian Corps were stationed when in the UK.

I guess things have changed.
