I imagine the entire global intelligence community is analysing where he came from, who he met in Canada, who he hung around with, who had befriended him and shared his opinion. If any were involved in influencing him and inspiring him in Canada there will be eyes on them. He's from Windsor, Ontario, so these agencies outside of Canada will essentially be doing the work that the OPP and RCMP either failed to do, or worse.

Hopefully the answers will help protect other nations against future activities and help them identify repeated patterns.

That's just so racist, no one influenced him, they all good boys, he
got radicalized on the internet, the mosques are all peaceful,
he wasn't a leader, he was just an innocent bystander.
