A senior Iraqi commander said the city of Fallujah was "fully liberated" from Islamic State militants on Sunday, after a more than monthlong military operation.

    Good stuff. But of course the more ISIS feels the pressure on their caliphate, the more they will bring it over here, ie revert to just being a terrorist group.
