Bankrupt energy firms add to Alberta's abandoned well problems

Albertans cannot say no if a company wants to drill an oil or gas well on their land. Nor can they compel the company to clean it up. The result is 150,000 inactive or abandoned wells in Alberta, a number that will only go up.
