Small earthquake felt east of Victoria, B.C.

Residents in and around Victoria, B.C., felt a small earthquake Tuesday morning. The United States Geological Survey reports that the quake happened just after 11 a.m. PT (2 p.m. ET), about 39 kilometres east of the B.C. capital.
