A Texas woman was arrested after she fell for a police department’s fake news alert which warned that meth and heroin in the area could be tainted with Ebola. The Granite Shoals Police Department issued the following warning on Facebook last Tuesday:

    I'm not sure on this one but I suspect the charges will be dismissed as entrapment.

    Its not entrapment. Entrapment is when law enforcement induces someone to commit a criminal act that they otherwise would not have done on their own. This woman already possessed meth, law enforcement did not talk her into purchasing meth. She needed no inducment to break the law.

    Besides, anybody stupid enough to fall for this should be in jail... for their own protection.
