Environment Canada has issued wind warnings for parts of the southern B.C. coast, with gusts of up to 90 kilometres an hour expected this evening.

Came up from Oregon, hit Seattle first, one death, lots of havoc. They had to close one bridge because people were stopping half way because it swayed so much. The Tacoma Narrows bridge was also closed in one direction. Presumably before Oregon it came from the Pacific.
