A Cree member of the Royal Canadian Air Force is leaving the military after enduring years of racism that left him feeling ostracized and suicidal.

If this is true it's unfucking acceptable and heads should roll. I don't give a shit what race creed or colour a member is. In the military there is only one colour and that's the one that's being worn.

Now with that being said. This airman should have been moved immediately after the allegations were made to get him away from the assholes in that Squadron who were tormenting him. Then, those same assholes should have been investigated and if evidence warranted it, charged under section 93 of the NDA.

CRUEL OR DISGRACEFUL CONDUCT

(1) Section 93 of the National Defence Act provides:

"93. Every person who behaves in a cruel or disgraceful manner is guilty of an offence and on conviction is liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years or to less punishment."

Yeah, that's a bad one. Sounds like a collapse in leadership at that base along. Head should roll over this thing if it's true. Bunch of worthless REMF's made their own little Beavis & Butthead kingdom of general assholery and got away with it for far too long.
