Wow, hey have 8 years try try to turn him a good human being. Where do you begin with a task like that.

How do you begin to treat the parents of the 8 year old girl? In the blik of an eye your daughter is violently killed. They won't be be better in 8 years.

he went and got a 12-gauge shotgun and a BB gun and told the girls he had guns. According to the judge's description of the events, McKayla laughed at him and responded that the guns weren't real.
The boy "then made certain the gun was loaded, cocked the hammer on the gun and shot the victim just above the heart at a downward trajectory," the judge wrote.

The boy had been trained in firearm safety and had hunted with his father and grandfather, the judge noted.

Guilty of first degree murder. So if he'd been packing the guns in the first place, like a good 'Mericun should, instead of going to get them, he'd only be guilty of second degree?

Since he lived in a trailer park, maybe he should have been excused for having "lackfluenza." Funny how being poor isn't an excuse, but being rich is.

The owner of the gun should be charged with murder. :(
