Premier Rachel Notley and Prime Minister Justin Trudeau discussed how the federal government can help Alberta's flagging economy, including making changes to employment insurance and allocating millions in infrastructure money.

    A billion in the next few weeks seems pretty decent, as long as they spend it on well thought out projects.

    And changing the EI rules - good idea, should have already been done.
