Sixty-five to 79 is the happiest age group for adults, while middle-aged people have the lowest levels of well-being, a UK study suggests.

It's a UK thing, but I'll bet we get the same numbers in Canada.

Those aged 45 to 59 reported the lowest levels of life satisfaction, with men on average less satisfied than women.

Of those who followed a religion, Hindus were marginally the happiest on average, followed by Christians and Sikhs, while those who followed no religion the least happy
