Those who do not learn from history are doomed to repeat it. I believe it was a Canadian who said that.
Unfortunatly I believe that President Obama is far too Politically Correct to learn from history so we will be repeating it.

I presume that they are listening to all if the electronics, radars, tracking systems turning on and arming, etc. Part of modern warfare consists of hacking into enemy systems and perhaps switching them off when push comes to shove.
