Oops. Posted this one right after you. Didn't see yours (and I looked for it).

Mine was from CNN. A lot of the tellings of this tale are missing the most fun detail from the investigation though.

"The report said there was "undoubtedly" personal antagonism between the pair, dating back to their only meeting, in 1998.

Mr Litvinenko went on to make repeated personal attacks on President Putin, including an allegation of paedophilia in July 2006."

The Daily Mail, of course, gets right into the nasty bits.

Putin ordered Litvinenko's murder after he accused Russian President of being a PAEDOPHILE: Murdered KGB spy claimed there was video of him molesting underage boys

I think it's foolish to "report" that something is "probably" the case. If the truth can't be demonstrated (this guy is a judge!) state what facts been determined and let people decide the probabilities for themselves.

Stupid to publicly offend a foreign gov't when you can't show proof of your accusations.

Polonium can only be produced in a nuclear reactor. The Polonium in Litvinenko system had the radioactive signature of a Russian reactor. No one can just walk out of a Russian Nuclear facility carrying radioactive Polonium.

Therefore, the Polonium was removed from the facility with permission. And permission from very high up. There are hundreds of other ways to kills someone, other than a difficult to obtain, transport and administer heavy metal poison.

The only thing the judge is missing is a phone conversation of Putin giving the order. Not the first time Putin has been caught red handed killing people in order to send a message. The message being 'no one is safe anywhere on Earth if they try to release videos of me abusing children',
