British actor Alan Rickman, known for films including Harry Potter, Die Hard and Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves, has died aged 69, his family says.

    He was a great actor. Especially when you consider he only started acting in his 40's.

    RIP Alan. You will be missed. But not forgotten.

    I recall that this was supposed to have been an improvised line and it was so good they kept it in the film!
