Fucking sons of bitches who did this should have their genitals sprayed with warm water and then attached to a frozen steel fence post. After which, they should be forcibly and quickly removed from the area of the post by a chain attached between their necks and a 1978 Pacer.

It'd also be nice to see them placed in custody for an extended period after that so their intellectual superiors could beat some compassion and understanding into them.

C'mon FOG, these were probably just some "disadvantaged persons" who don't know any better. Better to give them 20 minutes of community service and a stern 'Don't do it again' lecture. They will see the error of their ways and become better people and more productive members of society.
