Utter progressive bullshit and yet another nail in the coffin of disciplined, respectful, children who grow up to be disciplined, respectful, adults.

No child should ever be abused but, a swat across the ass as a behaviour modifier has worked for millennium with excellent results. Where as the, let's discuss this as adults approach hasn't worked nearly as well.

I can see alot of problems ahead for parents who still want to be responsible for raising their children rather than turning them over to Trudeau's nanny state.

This claim about De Minimmis preventing parents from being charged for minor forms of discipline is nothing more than a sop being used to assuage the genuine fears of responsible adults who, will end up in court being charged no matter whether it was abuse or not because, as we all know. For people like Kathy Lynn there is no such a thing as "the law cares not for small things" in their crusade to impose their ideology and morals on others.
