Criminal charges were laid Thursday against two top aides to former premier Dalton McGuinty after a lengthy police probe into deleted computer hard drives related to the cancelled gas-fired power plants.

I am shocked, shocked (per my name). To think it only took 5 years and of course the charges came well after the provincial election.
