With all the new initiatives on Prime Minister Justin Trudeau's plate, how about an easy win, like giving every Canadian adult $15,000 a year?

What about scenarios where someone is in need of assistance worth more than $15 000 per year?

I don't disagree with this idea. But if it's the only thing the government is dolling out, I'm concerned for some people it wont be enough.

Switzerland will vote next year on paying everybody $3500 a month. Of course there that probably buys you a cup of coffee.

The way to do it is like the Dauphin experiment. Highschool graduation rates shot up, hospital visits sharply declined. It was a negative income tax. The payment is reduced by 50 cents on the dollar for earned income.
