The first trial in the death of Freddie Gray ended in a mistrial Wednesday, with jurors saying they couldn't determine whether a Baltimore police was criminally responsible for the man's death.

Things are getting pretty heated. It's looking like things might get ugly. There is going to be another trial but really is there a fair way to pick a jury with this political hot potato?
