Toronto police hunt for ‘dangerous’ woman after stranger stabbed ‘without provocation’

A 40-year-old Toronto woman is wanted for attempted murder for allegedly stabbing a stranger in a “vital organ” at a drugstore in the city’s financial district. On Monday morning, police announced that the suspect had been identified as Rohinie Bisesar.
