Considering his history with the RCMP and OPP, this is troubling, inappropriate, showing poor judgement, bad taste and abuse of authority. If he is willing to write all of this in twitter posts, what was he doing behind closed doors?

Police banging the taxpayer.
He says he has taken "full responsibility" for openly flirting with a subordinate and a wife of someone he is responsible for. Just what consequences did this taking of responsibility entail?

It's not the police chief's fault. She lunged at him and he was in fear for his life so he had to her.
