    What a total fool.....

Andreas Handl, the owner of Kitimat's Kingfish Westcoast Adventures, pleaded guilty last week to two charges of harassing wildlife with a motor vehicle and hunting big game while it is swimming.

This guy is a licensed "professional" fishing guide and owns the business, one would think he knew what he was doing, yet he allowed his client to try to gaff this deer while swimming. He should have been fined very much more than the $1,150 along with a $7,000 "donation" to B.C.'s Habitat Conservation Trust Foundation. At the very least he should have had his license revoked and fined a Hell of a lot more!

The proper punishment for a moron this sadistic would be to have the gaff end of the pole shoved up his ass. Where the hell do backwoods idiots like this come from anyway? Bad upbringing by abysmal parents or born already stupid and evil?

The same guy probably planted eggs, then wondered why chickens didn't grow.

I guess the good news is that he didn't resort to shooting the deer in order to save them from drowning....

Suspension of his license seems the appropriate thing. The deer wound of with part of the gaff still in it's neck.

No not suspension, revocation as in permanet revocation of his license seems the appropriate thing. Anyone that screwed up has no business ever working in this field again. How can this tool ever be trusted again to help with the management of wildlife? It would be like letting convicted child abusers work in day care centers. I think he should be barred from ever being issued a fishing or hunting license again as well.
