Man helps save woman, children from flaming car wreck

Brian Duncan is one of a handful of heroes who saved the lives of three people on Tuesday night outside of Fredericton. A car left the road, rolled, and started to burn. About thirty seconds later Brian and Bev Duncan hit that same stretch of road.
